DACH Symposium

Trinational congress on clinical trials in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland (D|A|CH)

Every other year, the SCTO organises the trinational DACH Symposium together with the coordination centres for clinical studies in Germany and Austria.

The SCTO and the coordination centres pursue two main aims at this congress. Firstly, the event covers all the aspects of performing a study at a trial site.

To this end, various renowned speakers are invited to share their theoretical knowledge, which is synthesised and presented in lectures. Lectures are followed by workshops, where theory is combined with practice.

Secondly, thanks to a large industry exhibition and generous breaks during the event, the congress provides attendees an international platform to network and exchange experiences in their particular specialised fields.

The DACH Symposium is aimed at all those involved in clinical trials: study nurses, study coordinators, medical experts, monitors, data managers, project managers, pharmaceutical industry representatives, and patients.

Presentations and discussions at the trinational congress are mainly held in German. For the latest information about the next DACH event, please visit our German web page DACH-Symposium.
